Kristin joined the practice in October 2012. She completed her Dental Hygiene Education at Forest Park Community College and graduated in May 2011. She loves making sure patients receive gentle quality care, without being fearful of their dental visits. Kristin was born and raised in Missouri. In her free time she loves hanging out with her son Brandon and her daughter Gia, her large family of seven siblings, and her husband Dominic. Kristin also enjoys traveling to the beach and working out.
I've been married to my high-school sweetheart for 15 years! We have 3 amazing kiddos and our fur babies Beni, who is the sweetest golden-doodle ever and Bürki our cuddly mini aussidoodle! I started at KFD as the first hygienist back in 2007 and I am so thankful I found my dental home right from the start! It's been fun seeing how much the office has grown over all these years and I am so happy I got to be apart of it! I have now moved into Marketing where I love getting to be creative and help Dr. with different projects and ideas! I love being able to help Dr. Matt's visions come to life and work on ways to help take the office to the next level! In my off time I love serving on the tech team at our church, watching my kids in their different activities and of course all the St. Louis sports. I am a huge Cards and St Louis City fan, but love going to watch the Blues as well!
I started at KFD in April of 2008, I was the 1st Treatment Coordinator with the practice. I loved helping our patients see their treatment through! Over the next 15 years I worked in all the front office positions to end up where I am today, the COO of Kraner Family Dentistry! I love spending my days helping my team give our patients the best care possible! I truly feel so blessed to work with such an amazing group of men and women every day and love them like family! I am also the Program Director for our Dental Assisting School, Center for Advanced Dental Assisting. This has been such a fun adventure that Dr. Matt and I talked about since 2010, and seeing it through to be such a success is so rewarding for me! It is great to come to work every day and feel valued and appreciated through the culture that KFD creates every day for our patients, team and students! In my free time, which I have a lot of now being an empty nester, I love traveling! My husband (who was also my high school sweetheart) and I just celebrated our 23nd year of marriage, we have an amazing son and daughter, and two wild goldendoodles that we just adore! I plan to retire from Kraner Family Dentistry, so I look forward to many more years of patient care!
Dr. Amanda Sutton graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2010 where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. The following year, she began working as a dental hygienist and discovered a true passion for dentistry and treating patients. Dr. Sutton went on to attend Dental School at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2015.
After a total of nine years in Kansas City, Dr. Sutton chose to return to the community she grew up in and serve its individuals and families. She has a strong desire to provide comprehensive care and always aims to build relationships with patients characterized by compassion and sincerity.
Dr. Sutton enjoys spending time with her husband, Julian, her golden retriever, Louie, and her friends and family. She enjoys crafting, running, and discovering/dining at new restaurants in the Greater Saint Louis area. Dr. Sutton is excited to build on the legacy of Kraner Family Dentistry and can’t wait to meet you!
Dr. Matt Kraner has been a lifelong resident of St. Louis and currently lives in Wentzville with his wife Beth, and his 4 kids.
Dr. Matt started Kraner Family Dentistry with his dad, Dr. Greg Kraner in 2006. They practiced together for 11 years before Dr. Greg retired in 2017! Originally Dr. Matt attended DeSmet High School, then went on to get his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri Columbia. After Mizzou, Dr. Matt attended the University of Missouri Kansas City, receiving his DDS in 2006.
Dr. Matt has always enjoyed treating patients of all ages, from the first dental appointment to the seasoned veterans. Dr. Matt has focused much of his Dental career on Cosmetic Dentistry. He received the “Excellence in Cosmetic Dentistry Award” given by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (the leading Cosmetic Dentistry Organization in the Country).
When Dr. Matt isn't at the office, he enjoys hanging with his family, riding bikes on the Katy Trail, trips to Northern Michigan and Destin Florida! He’s also a die-hard Mizzou, Blues, and Cardinals Fan!
