Our story began in 1974, when Dr. Greg Kraner graduated from UMKC School of Dentistry and opened his doors with a vision—to serve patients with compassion, skill, and a true family touch. Over the decades, he built lasting relationships and set the foundation for the quality and trust that define Kraner Family Dentistry today.

In 2006, his son Dr. Matt Kraner joined the practice, carrying on his father’s legacy while bringing fresh innovation, technology, and a passion for growth. Together, they created what KFD is known for today—a place where generations of families experience dentistry that truly “Wows.”

For more than 18 years, we’ve proudly served the Wentzville community, helping patients feel cared for, confident, and genuinely at home. Our team lives out our We Wow mission every day—creating a family atmosphere while making our patients feel better, look better, and love coming to the dentist.

Now, we’re excited to expand our reach with a second location in O’Fallon, Missouri—opening Summer 2026! This new, state-of-the-art facility will allow us to care for even more families with the same warmth, excellence, and advanced technology you’ve come to expect from KFD.
